Wellness is the Foundation for Happiness

So much more than the mere absence of illness, wellness is a state of complete physical, mental, social, and spiritual well being.

Your "state of health" is only the tiny visible tip of the iceberg. Underneath that tip is the enormous mountain of how you live your life day to day.

These all factor into your state of happiness, well being, and ultimately your longevity. (I don't take good care of myself in order to live longer, I do it IN CASE I live longer. When I live to be 110, I want to be dancing, not drooling)

We coach you in The 12 Essential Life Processes of your life to help you maximize your Happiness and Well Being:

1 ) Self Responsibility and Self Love - because when you take responsibility (NOT blame) you have ultimate control of your life experience and you really can't love someone else more than you love yourself. (You know what it's like to be around someone who genuinely likes themself and someone who fundamentaly does not.)

2 ) Breathing - Everything starts with the breath and ends with the breath. The ultimate connection with yourself.

3 ) Eating - The fuel for every metabolic process AND a huge pleasure for most of us. You can learn to taste and savor the right foods at the right time in the right quantity for optimal nourishment of your body and soul.

4 ) Moving - Activity and movement are SO fundamental to our happiness and well being that our brains send out free 'happy pills' in the form of endorphins when we do it.

5 ) Sensing - Being fully aware of all the inputs that gift us with experience while balancing it with an ability to focus and concentrate.

6 ) Thinking - Thoughts become things - so choose them wisely! Learn how your thoughts control your every experience and behavior and how to use them for your greatest enjoyment.

7 ) Feeling - Ah, the ultimate human experience. They constantly update you on your life preferences and let you know if your thoughts are creating what you really want.

8 ) Playing and Working - What are the choices you're making and are they truly yours or someone elses? Are you in effective balance between them?

9 ) Communicating - The response you get is what you are communicating. How flexible are you in adjusting to those you want and need to connect with?

10) Intimacy - Soulful and sincere connections with your mate, children, parents and friends are essential ingredients for healthy longevity.

11) Meaning & Purpose - You get to choose what meaning and purpose you give and receive. It's the foundation for living consciously in richness and beauty.

12) Transcending - As you self-actualize and evolve you are transcending and including all that went before you. The ultimate happiness that does not take a lifetime to achieve but rather requires a process of appreciation and presence of mind.
